Daisy - I feel that this should become allowed in the UK. If someone who is seriously ill (someone who is unable to bath, feed or change themselves) are able to take their own life if it is their own decision also if they feel that it’s the right thing to do. I feel that everyone has right to stay alive but if they feel that they need to die for whatever reason I feel they are allowed to that’s if it’s a good enough reason.
ReplyDeletethank you for sharing your views on this. Also supported well with discussion we had
ReplyDeleteMegan Powell - I believe Euthanasia should be legal but on very tight laws. This means where the person has no quality of life and is in constant pain with a no chance of improvement, it must be the kindest root to take. If Euthanasia is not legal, the person that is terminally ill is loosing the right to freedom and expression. I believe if Euthanasia is legal but not on very tight laws, people may take it as an advantage.
ReplyDeleteA convincing argument with a good focus on regulation. Well done Megan
ReplyDeleteDeniel- I think Euthanasia should be allowed in the UK. Because having this legal could help a lot people who are in pain and are very ill such as Illness that cannot be treated anymore or people in a coma. I also think that the patient or the family, should be given a choice whether the patient should stay alive, to stay with family or death, to take away all the pain and hardship that the patient is having (it should be a very good reason).
ReplyDeleteKyle spraggs - i think euthenasia should be legal in the uk as everyone has the right to freedom of expression as they can have what they want because if they have no quality of life then whats the point of living it. the family should be given a choice aswell but its the service user is the one that makes the decision i feel if you can put a animal down because it has no quality you should be able to do it to a human being
